RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

to keep it easy and fair, we offer return within 10 days from thedate of purchase and exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. kindly refer to return and exchange eligibility below.

for exchange or return the articles should be sent to us in their original packaging, should be unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. or else the exchange will not be accepted and will be resent to the customer.

products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange of the same or higher value.

please mention your order ID and the email address given in the order. also give us your reason to exchange or refund, if possible with clear pictures for reference.
